British American Tobacco Indonesia is offering an Impact Internship – Operations in Malang, Indonesia. The role supports the Line Manager with day-to-day tasks and exposes you to key projects within a global, multi-category business.

You will build operational experience, engage with internal and external stakeholders, and develop leadership through hands-on responsibilities and specialized training. It’s a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and exposure to senior leaders.

• Effective project management, communication and influencing skills.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Previous project management or internship experience is an added advantage.

The role is responsible for supporting the Line Manager in the day-to-day operational tasks and activities of the function. You will also have the opportunity to take part in key projects.

Essential Experience, Skills And Knowledge

• A degree holder / final year students in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline
• Effective project management, communication and influencing skills
• Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Previous project management or internship experience is an added advantage
• Ambitious and agile individuals with demonstrated leadership capabilities via extra-curricular activities
