Ability to draft vendor agreements using legal-approved templates.

Responsibilities

Support strategic planning and sourcing execution by collecting data and analyzing spend, demand, and market trends.
Assist in RFQ development, coordinate supplier participation, and consolidate RFQ responses.
Input supplier data into evaluation models and support tender negotiations with the team.
Prepare and issue RFx documents, facilitate communications, and shortlist suppliers.
Monitor supplier quotations, negotiate outcomes, and ensure proper approvals for QCF.
Ensure contract drafts are generated and compliant with organizational policies.
