Job summary

Golden Agri Resources seeks an Export Administration Officer in Tarjun, South Kalimantan. You will prepare export documents (PEB, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Survey Report), ensure accuracy, and supervise shipments to the destination port to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field (Industrial Engineering, Business or Management preferred); minimum 2 years in export roles; strong communication and analytical skills; willingness to work in remote Tarjun

Responsibilities

Prepare all required export documents relating to customs clearance and entry procedures.
Ensure completeness and readiness of export documentation (PEB, B/L, Certificate of Origin, Survey Report).
Supervise export shipments to destination port and coordinate to resolve issues.
Direct and supervise surveyors per cooperation agreements.
Ensure export taxes and fees are paid on time with accurate amounts.
Analyze and improve export document processing efficiency.
