Job summary

PT Yanmar Diesel Indonesia - Pandaan Factory is seeking a Supervisor Export Import to assist the Ast.Manager in managing freight transport, export/import formalities, and distribution across the plant. The role includes warehouse operation and inventory control to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor Degree with a valid Ahli Kepabeanan certificate and has at least two years of relevant experience in manufacturing, machinery, or automotive sectors, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in any fields with valid Certificate of Ahli Kepabeanan.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as Supervisor Export Import.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Machinery or Automobile industry.
• Hands-on experience on customs, export, import, international trade, FTA, and related formalities.
• Understanding in shipping, forwarding, warehousing, inventory control, and 3PL.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to communicate effectively with production, purchasing, warehouse, and management.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Support Export-Import operations and assist Ast.Manager in freight transport coordination.
• Assist with export/import formalities and compliance duties.
• Support product distribution, warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure smooth logistics.

Job description

Supervisor Export Import is primarily responsible to support Ast.Manager to manage freight transport, export/import formalities, product distribution, warehouse operation, as well as inventory control for company.
