Job description

Supervise daily export and import activities (e.g., documentation, booking, customs clearance).

Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and transporters.

Ensure timely execution of international shipments, including air, sea, and land freight.

Verify and manage all required documentation (invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, COO, LC, etc.).

Ensure compliance with domestic and international laws, customs regulations, and Incoterms.

Handle export-import licensing, permits, and certificates.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management or equivalent.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an export/import or customs clearance role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry.

Strong understanding of import and export regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.

Proficient in using relevant software and systems for tracking shipments and managing logistics data.

Fluent in English both written and verbal.

Willing to be located in Tangerang.
