Job summary

C&D Inc. in Jakarta is seeking an Export-Import Coordinator to manage documentation and shipment processes for our global supply chains.

You will coordinate with forwarders, shipping lines, PPJK, suppliers, and customers, monitor customs clearance, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate reports. Fresh graduates are welcome and English is required; Mandarin is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business, or related field.
• 1 year minimum experience in Export-Import/Logistics; fresh graduates welcome.
• Familiar with PEB, PIB, BL/AWB, Invoice, Packing List, and COO.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good English; Mandarin preferred.
• Detail-oriented and proficient with Microsoft Office.

• Handle export & import documentation and shipment processes.
