Qualifications

• Experience in export-import and customs compliance.
• Knowledge of export-import documents and HS classification.
• Familiar with INSW, CEISA and customs systems.
• English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end export and import processes in compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and review export-import documents for accuracy.
• Ensure proper HS Code classification and Incoterms application.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties for smooth operations.
• Submit documentation through INSW, CEISA, and other systems.
• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure compliance.
• Identify risks and provide mitigation recommendations.
• Support audits and maintain documentation records.
