Job summary

Mamaka Hotels & Resorts is seeking a passionate Bartender who loves crafting drinks and delivering memorable moments for guests. Reporting to the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will create exceptional beverage experiences with warmth and energy.

As part of a lively team, you’ll handle cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar service to hotel guests in a fast-paced environment, while upholding cleanliness, presentation, and responsible service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Bartender in hotel/restaurant or beach club.
• Passion for cocktails and guest experiences.
• Creative with beverage trends and presentation.
• Knowledge of bar operations, beverages, and service.
• Experience with POS systems (Tevalis aPlus).
• Strong cleanliness, organisation and hygiene.
• Excellent English communication.
• Positive attitude and teamwork in fast-paced setting.
• Hospitality qualification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, coffees, and other beverages to the highest standard.
• Deliver warm, engaging, and personalised service that makes every guest feel welcome.
• Recommend beverages confidently and share product knowledge with guests.
• Maintain presentation, cleanliness, and organisation of the bar at all times.
• Ensure bar equipment, glassware, and inventory are properly maintained.
• Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Follow responsible service procedures and all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Contribute ideas for seasonal cocktails, promotions, and exciting beverage experiences.
