Qualifications

• Hotel/restaurant/bar or lifestyle venue bartending experience.
• Passion for mixology and guest experiences.
• Creative mindset with beverage trends and presentation.
• Knowledge of bar operations and responsible service.
• Experience with POS systems; Tevalis experience a plus.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organisation and bar hygiene.
• Excellent English communication.
• Positive attitude and teamwork.
• Hospitality qualification is an advantage.
• Indonesian citizen.

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, coffees, and other beverages to the highest standard.
• Deliver warm, engaging, and personalised service that makes every guest feel welcome.
• Recommend beverages confidently and share your product knowledge with guests.
• Maintain presentation, cleanliness, and organisation of the bar at all times.
• Ensure bar equipment, glassware, and inventory are properly maintained.
• Work closely with the F&B team to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Follow responsible service procedures and all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Contribute ideas for seasonal cocktails, promotions, and exciting beverage experiences.

Reporting to the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you'll deliver exceptional beverage experiences while bringing positive vibes to every shift. You'll play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences by serving quality beverages, anticipating guest needs, and delivering warm, genuine hospitality that reflects the vibrant spirit of Mamaka Hotels & Resorts.

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a hotel, restaurant, beach club, or lifestyle venue.
• Passion for mixology, cocktails, and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Creative mindset with a good understanding of beverage trends and presentation.
• Knowledge of bar operations, beverage preparation, and responsible alcohol service.
• Experience using POS systems (Tevalis experience is an advantage).
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organisation, and bar hygiene.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Positive attitude, great teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Hospitality qualification is an advantage.
• Indonesian Citizen.
