Job summary

PT ABC President Indonesia in Jakarta seeks a capable Secretary/Personal Assistant to support the director. You will handle filing, administration, calendar management, and travel arrangements, ensuring smooth office operations and professional communication.

Requirements include a Diploma, at least 4 years in similar roles, excellent English (spoken and written), strong interpersonal and drafting skills, and the ability to manage documents and correspondence in accordance with procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma degree in Secretary, Communication, or Management.
• At least 4 years in a related Secretary/PA/Administration role.
• Excellent English, spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in filing and admin management.

Responsibilities

• Managing and preparing all administrative purposes in the agenda, followed by director
• Preparing the entire agenda of activities pursued by the director as outlined in the Calendar of Events
• Scheduling meetings / regular meetings as well as business travel that followed the Director
• Pepare the agenda and the whole purpose of meeting required by the Director
• Manage papers and documents the company in accordance with the applicable procedures, as well as ensuring that every letter / document in an up-to-date

Minimum Diploma degree of Secretary/ Communication/ Management

Minimum 4 year related position as Secretary/ Personal Assistant/ Administration Officer

Have an ability of filling and administration management

Excellent command in English both oral and written

Good interpersonal and communication skill’s

Roles and responsibility :

Managing and preparing all administrative purposes in the agenda, followed by director

Preparing the entire agenda of activities pursued by the director as outlined in the Calendar of Events

Scheduling meetings / regular meetings as well as business travel that followed the Director

Pepare the agenda and the whole purpose of meeting required by the Director

Manage papers and documents the company in accordance with the applicable procedures, as well as ensuring that every letter / document in an up-to-date
