Qualifications

Basic understanding of project management process.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel with basic formulas such as SUMIFS, V/XLOOKUP, PivotTable, etc.
Proactive, high initiatives, responsible, and willing to learn.
Good communcation and coordination skills with internal teams & vendors.
Able to adapt in fast-paced job environment and handling multiple tasks

Responsibilities

Coordinate with product teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Monitor project timelines and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure tasks are completed within the deadline
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Communicate project progress, updates, and challenges to other team
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to quality standards
