Job summary

The St. Regis Jakarta is seeking a Food & Beverage Sales Executive to support the Sales & Marketing team in driving revenue and guest loyalty.

You will coordinate quotations, liaise with overseas partners, and assist in preparing proposals and e-bids to secure new business. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, 2+ years in related roles, and a proactive approach to maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• Associates or better in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Team by coordinating and assisting in follow-up requests and quotations (from the HTML).
• Preparing and submitting quotations for customers and overseas.
• Preparing and submitting e-bids via system.
• Organizes and maintains sales literature.
• Procuring rate from overseas, airlines, carriers, co-loader, trucking, customs.
• Maintaining customer quotation data and quote log.
• Acting as point of contact to potential customers as directed by Sales Team and Supervisor or Crane network of offices and agents.
• Coordinating the sales effort internally with overseas offices, operations, customer service and finance department.
• Monitoring new opportunities within the market from media & press releases.
