Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta is seeking a Sous Chef - Bakery to lead the bakery kitchen alongside the Executive Pastry Chef, upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and guest delight.

You will mentor pastry teams, influence menu development, monitor costs, and ensure compliance with hygiene regulations while delivering exceptional pastry experiences in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Supervisory bakery or pastry role in a luxury hotel or high-end kitchen.
• Experience with artisan breads, viennoiserie, pastries and bakery production.
• Strong leadership and ability to mentor a team.
• Creative craftsmanship and continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of food safety and quality control.
