Responsibilities

• Provide proactive and seamless day‑to‑day executive‑level administrative support to the Managing Director, including complex diary, travel, and inbox management.
• Assist with complex reports, presentations, engagement letters and general correspondence.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow‑ups.
• Manage confidential documentation and support operational processes to ensure the smooth running of the business.
• Lead and coordinate the Company events (e.g., Townhall, Kick Off, Year End meetings) and coordinate vendor tasks.
