Job summary

TechConnect is seeking a Senior leader to drive HRIS strategy and People Analytics across the organization in Indonesia. You will shape the digital HR ecosystem, govern data, and lead multi-entity HR tech initiatives.

You will build dashboards, oversee data privacy, and partner with executives to translate people data into strategic actions. This role requires strong governance, transformation experience, and executive collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data/Statistics, Engineering, Business, Human Resources or related field.
• Typically 12–15+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale HRIS implementation, transformation, integration, or optimization.
• Hands-on exposure to major HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or equivalent enterprise HR systems.

Responsibilities

• HRIS Strategy & Digital Transformation: Define and execute the group-wide HR technology roadmap.
• People Analytics & Workforce Intelligence: Establish the People Analytics function and develop executive dashboards.
• HR Data Governance & Architecture: Establish data governance, data quality standards, and a single source of truth.
• HR Process Automation & Innovation: Identify automations, AI, and self-service initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and vendors to deliver solutions.
• Team Leadership: Lead the HRIS and People Analytics team and establish governance and KPIs.
