Job summary

Courtyard Nusa Lembongan Bali Resort is seeking an experienced kitchen leader to oversee all daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food and guest satisfaction while guiding a team of cooks across banquets, room service, and outlets.

You will drive menu development, control food costs, enforce safety and sanitation standards, coach staff, and partner with the leadership team to deliver exceptional service at a resort opening in Q1 2027.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 6 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations for the property and manage the kitchen management team.
• Ensure sanitation and food safety standards are met across all outlets.
