Job summary

You will coordinate menus, purchasing, staffing, and food preparation, while guiding the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will supervise cooks and kitchen staff, set kitchen goals, train teams, and uphold service standards across all service periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in culinary/F&B or related area.
• 2-year degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel/Restaurant Management; 2 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops, designs, or creates new menus and recipes for the restaurant.
• Supervises kitchen shift operations and ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintains proper food handling and storage standards.
• Plans and manages production quantities and plating requirements.
• Leads and trains kitchen staff to improve results.
• Ensures sanitation and safety compliance and budget adherence.
