Job summary

PT. PASSION ABADI KORPORA in Tangerang Selatan seeks an experienced Event Manager to plan and execute brand activations and events in line with the brand calendar.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure flawless execution and on-time delivery. The role requires strong project management, budgeting, and on-site execution skills, plus the ability to deliver post-event reports and optimise future events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in event organizing or brand activation, preferably in the retail, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
• Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills, including vendor management.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
