Job summary

Sinar Mas Land is seeking a Marketing Event Promoter to develop engaging promotional content and coordinate campaigns across multiple channels for on-site events in Tangerang. You will collaborate with design, marketing, logistics, and external partners to ensure cohesive branding and impactful campaigns.

The role requires a Diploma (D3) in Marketing/Communications/Public Relations and at least 3 years of event promotion experience. Flexibility for weekend or evening events is needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in event promotion, marketing, event organizing or similar role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with digital marketing tools or social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
• Willing to be placed at any project location or branch office, and able to work flexible hours during events.

• Collaborate closely with internal departments (such as design, marketing, and logistics) as well as external partners, vendors, or sponsors to ensure aligned promotional efforts.
• Manage, organize, and prepare all necessary promotional equipment, branding materials, and merchandise required for pre-event marketing and on-site activation.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and local outreach.
• Track the effectiveness of promotional activities, gather attendee feedback, and provide regular reports on campaign reach and engagement.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in event promotion, marketing, event organizing, or a similar role.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital marketing tools or social media platforms.
• Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
• Willing to be placed at any project location or company branch office, and open to working flexible hours (including weekends or evenings) during event execution.
