Job summary

Qualifications

• Max 1 year of event marketing/service experience; F&B industry preferred.
• Diploma (D3) in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or related field.
• Well-groomed with excellent table manners.
• Strong planning and event execution skills.
• Formal hospitality training or related coursework.
• Strong negotiation, creative and strategic thinking.
• Able to work independently and in a team; travel and multitask.
• Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and proactive.
• Motivated, results-oriented, engaging, and positive.
• Proficient in MS Office; Canva/Photoshop optional.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Professional working attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support event processes and prepare documents for customers.
• Set up dining area with plates, cutlery, tissues, placemats.
• Ensure event equipment and devices are set up and functioning.
• Prepare and serve infused water for guests.
• Coordinate with checker on food delivery and service flow.
• Serve food professionally and follow standard procedures.
• Monitor guest tables and anticipate needs.
• Report complaints or special requests promptly.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and presentation.
• Prioritize VIP dishes and presentation.
• Track event materials and supplies for availability.
• Operate event-related equipment or systems.
• Support post-ideation activities and follow-up tasks.
