Job summary

Erajaya Active Lifestyle is seeking an events coordinator in North Jakarta to create concepts and propose ideas for coordinating events that align with the marketing strategy and support revenue growth. The role involves implementing events according to the agreed timeline and collaborating across teams to ensure successful executions.

You will develop briefs, manage BOQs, liaise with vendors, and conduct market visits to stay current with trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor degree in any major.
• At least 2 years of handling event and exhibitions.
• Excellent communication to collaborate with all other teams and ensure events run smoothly.
• Understand pricing and materials/equipment for event and exhibition, able to choose the optimal materials.
• Strong teamwork.
• Willing to be placed at Landmark Pluit, North Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Develop the event/activation brief to make it measurable and executable; conduct survey visits if necessary.
• Create a complete BOQ and obtain approval from the Brand PIC, then coordinate with purchasing to secure vendors.
• Conduct market visits to explore ideas and stay up-to-date with trends.
• Collaborate with marketing, channel management, operations, and data support teams to prepare event, sales and documentation needs.
• Coordinate closely with vendors for event requirements, from loading/unloading to execution.
• Evaluate campaigns and projects and prepare PROs for future improvements.
• Ensure all report files and event photos are stored neatly, up to date and accessible.

• Create a complete BOQ and obtain approval from the Brand PIC, then collaborate with purchasing to secure vendors
• Conduct market visits to explore ideas, learn strategies, and stay up-to-date with trends and the market
• Collaborate with the other team, such as marketing team, channel management, operations, and data support team to prepare event, sales and document needs
• Collaborate closely with vendors to prepare event requirements, from loading and unloading to execution at the event
• Evaluate and create reports on campaigns and projects, and take PROs for future implementation and improvement
• Ensure all report files and event photos are stored neatly, up to date, and easily accessible
