Job summary

PT Senayan Trikarya Sempana is seeking an experienced Events Coordinator to manage mall event activations and on-site operations at our Jakarta location. You will coordinate all aspects of event setup, live operations, and dismantling, ensuring safety, permits, and standards are met.

The role requires 3+ years in events activation/production, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in events activation/production/operations.
• Experience coordinating on-site event operations with vendors, tenants, contractors, and external partners.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to work under pressure during event setup and execution.

Responsibilities

• Execute mall events, including casual leasing and internal events, ensuring smooth operations and safety compliance.
• Act as the primary on-site coordinator during event setup, live operations, and dismantling.
• Coordinate event production requirements: staging, AV equipment, signage, decorations, and other assets.
• Collaborate with tenants, vendors, contractors, and internal departments to ensure seamless execution.
• Prepare event timelines, checklists, reports, and other required documentation.

Job description

Execute mall events, including casual leasing and internal events, ensuring smooth operations, compliance with safety regulations, permit requirements, operational standards, and timely delivery.

Act as the primary on-site coordinator during event setup, live operations, and dismantling, resolving operational issues promptly.

Coordinate event production requirements, including staging, audiovisual equipment, signage, decorations, and other event assets.

Collaborate closely with tenants, vendors, contractors, and internal departments to ensure seamless and successful event execution.

Prepare event timelines, operational checklists, reports, and other documentation required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree holder in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in events activation, event production, event operations, or related role.

Experience in coordinating on-site event operations, including vendors, tenants, contractors, and external partners.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

Able to work under pressure and respond quickly to operational issues during event setup and execution.

Excellent communication with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external teams.

Familiar with mall operational procedures, safety regulations, and event permit processes.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, based on event schedules.
