You will plan, manage, and execute offline and online events while building a highly engaged community through creative campaigns and regular interactions.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of experience in Event or Community Management, with a proven track record in events and community building.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Event Management, Communication, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in Event Management, Community Management, or Brand Activation (fashion/retail preferred).
• Proven track record in executing events and building active communities.
• Strong vendor management, contracts negotiation, and logistics planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an empathetic, outgoing personality.
• Willingness to work weekends or extended hours during events.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute creative offline/online events, pop-ups, community gatherings, and brand activations end-to-end.
• Build and maintain an engaged brand community through active engagement and moderation.
• Develop community-driven movements, workshops, and campaigns aligning with the target audience.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, vendors, and logistics for seamless execution.
• Measure event/community impact and deliver comprehensive reports based on metrics.

THE ROLE

Plan, manage, and execute impactful brand events while building, nurturing, and maintaining a highly engaged brand community through creative campaigns and regular interactions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Conceptualize and execute creative offline/online events, pop-up stores, community gatherings, and brand activations from end to end
• Build, manage, and maintain the brand’s community by fostering active engagements, moderating community groups, and building genuine relationships with members
• Develop and lead community-driven movements, workshops, and campaigns that resonate with our target audience and strengthen brand loyalty
• Manage event budgets, production timelines, vendor relationships, and logistics to ensure seamless execution
• Measure and evaluate the success of events and community initiatives based on footfall, engagement metrics, and overall brand impact, delivering comprehensive reports

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Event Management, Communication, or related fields
• 2–3 years of experience in Event Management, Community Management, or Brand Activation (experience in the fashion or retail industry is preferred)
• Proven track record in executing successful events AND building or nurturing active communities
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and handle complex logistical planning
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a highly empathetic, approachable, and outgoing personality to connect with the community
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible to work weekends or extended hours during event or community gathering periods
