Job summary

PT EGA WAYANG GARMINDO is seeking a strategic PR & Brand Partnership Specialist to elevate our brand presence and foster meaningful collaborations. You will drive brand awareness, manage communities, and lead campaigns with a focus on engaging fashion/retail audiences.

The role requires building relationships with media, influencers, and partners while shaping narratives and measuring ROI to improve future initiatives. Jakarta-based, full-time opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in PR, communication, marketing or related field.
• 2–3 years in PR, brand partnerships, or community management (fashion/retail preferred).
• Proven track record building/maintaining active communities or running community movements.
• Strong network of media contacts, influencers, and potential partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; storytelling and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker, highly organized; can manage multiple campaigns/deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pitch strategic partnerships with brands, KOLs, and communities to grow reach and affinity.
• Build and maintain the brand’s community with daily interactions, moderation, and activities.
• Lead community-driven movements or campaigns resonating with the target audience.
• Develop and manage PR campaigns, press releases, and media outreach for positive coverage.
• Cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and industry leaders.
• Track and report PR effectiveness, community metrics, and partnership ROI to optimize strategy.
