You will coach a marketing team, ensure consistent brand messaging across channels, manage budgets, and collaborate with sales, product development and operations to deliver integrated campaigns that support business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in marketing management roles, preferably within garment/fashion.
• Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies with measurable results.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent English and Indonesian communication.

About the role

We are seeking a Manager Marketing (Garment) to join PT Gistex Garmen Indonesia. This is a full-time position based in Bandung Regency, West Java, offering a strategic leadership opportunity within our marketing and communications department. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, market penetration, and revenue growth within the garment industry. You will play a pivotal role in positioning our company as a market leader and ensuring our marketing initiatives align with broader business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that support the company's growth objectives within the garment sector
• Leading and managing the marketing team, providing direction, mentorship, and performance management to ensure exceptional results
• Overseeing brand management and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and campaigns
• Managing marketing budgets and allocating resources efficiently to maximise return on investment
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats within the garment industry
• Planning and executing marketing campaigns including digital, print, and promotional activities
• Building and maintaining relationships with key customers, partners, and external stakeholders
• Analysing marketing performance metrics and reporting on campaign effectiveness to senior management
• Collaborating with sales, product development, and operations teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts
• Identifying and implementing new marketing channels and tactics to reach target audiences effectively

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing management roles, preferably within the garment, textiles, or fashion industry
• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies that have delivered measurable business results
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop marketing professionals
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation systems
• Proficiency in market research methodologies and competitive analysis
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making
• Experience with budget management and financial forecasting
• Knowledge of the garment industry, supply chain, and market dynamics is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
