Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive service, with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of EV systems and diagnostics is a plus.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiar with dealer management systems (DMS) and workshop operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the service department, ensuring smooth workflow and timely vehicle service.
• Supervise and develop the service advisor, technician, and workshop support teams.
• Monitor and improve service KPIs: customer satisfaction, service lead time, workshop productivity, and revenue.
• Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Parts and Sales departments to ensure seamless after-sales support.
• Prepare regular reports on service performance and propose improvements.
• Provide coaching and performance evaluations to team members.
