Job summary

PT Wahana Makmur Sejati (Wahanaartha Group) seeks a capable workshop operations lead in Jakarta to drive daily workshop activity, meet targets for unit entry, service, and parts, and uphold high standards of quality. You will oversee NOS/5R adherence, ensure availability of fast-moving parts, manage work orders, warranties, and reports, and work with a cross-functional team to improve performance.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive and 3+ years in supervisory

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelors; preferably Mechanical Engineering or Automotive.
• 3 years experience in automotive workshop/service operations.
• Experience leading teams and working with targets and KPIs.
• Understanding of NOS/5R and workshop operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and control daily workshop operations.
• Ensure achievement of unit entry, service, and parts targets.
• Control NOS, 5R, cleanliness, facilities, and workshop completeness standards.
• Ensure availability and control of fast-moving spare parts.
• Control work orders, consumer database, warranty, warranty claims, and quality reports.
• Monitor mechanic and workshop performance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders (Mechanic Head, Service Advisor, Parts Manager, Claims Officer, WARI, Main Dealer).
• Conduct evaluations and improvements to enhance workshop performance.

About you

• Minimum S1 education, preferably Mechanical Engineering or Automotive
• 3 years experience in automotive workshop/service operations
• Experience leading teams and working with targets and KPIs
• Understanding of workshop operations, service, spare parts, and NOS/5R
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Disciplined, responsible, firm, and results-oriented
• Willing to be placed at branch locations throughout Indonesia
