Job summary

Electrum in Bekasi is seeking a Pool Lead responsible for day-to-day EV two-wheeler pool operations, ensuring unit readiness, stock accuracy, and compliant movement of vehicles to support rental availability. You will supervise pool staff and mechanics, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure End-of-Day movements are recorded and reported.

This role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or diploma in engineering, logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in fleet, logistics, or warehouse operations, preferably in automotive/EV.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Willing to be based at Bekasi pool in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pool operations including check-in/out and stock reconciliation.
• Ensure fleet stock accuracy between physical inventory and system records.
• Coordinate trucking schedules for unit distribution between pool and partner locations.
• Supervise pool staff and mechanics on unit readiness and basic maintenance handover.
• Record and report End-of-Day unit movements.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, HSE, HR/GA on pool operational needs.
• Report KPIs to the Pool & Supply Availability Manager.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and pool visual management standards.
• Handle first-level escalation for shortages, damage, or discrepancies.
• Escalate recurring or high-impact damages to the Repair Maintenance Manager.
