Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing dealer or branch performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be mobile and placed in Sumatera Selatan & surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance across dealer network to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
• Monitor and evaluate dealer operations, including sales, manpower, and customer experience.
• Develop and execute area-level strategies to improve market share and dealer productivity.
• Lead, coach, and develop Sales Coordinators and dealer teams to ensure performance alignment.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, SOPs, and reporting accuracy across all dealers.
