Job summary

Adecco Portugal, in partnership with a Thailand-based clean energy tech leader, is hiring a Project Engineer for West Jakarta. You will manage end-to-end EV charging and solar PV projects from planning to commissioning, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor's in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, 3+ years in project or electrical engineering, and strong HV/MV system experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in project engineering or electrical engineering roles.
• Strong background in HV/MV electrical systems.
• Experience in on-grid and/or off-grid Solar PV projects.
• General understanding of civil works and project execution.
• Commercially driven with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work effectively with technical and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end EV Charging (EVC) station projects from planning through commissioning.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee QA/QC, HSE compliance, project documentation, and regulatory requirements.
