Job summary

Electrum is seeking an Aftersales Manager in Jakarta to lead end-to-end aftersales operations for electric motorcycles. You will oversee service centers, workshops, and field teams, ensuring safe, reliable support from diagnosis through repair, parts, and warranty handling.

You will develop standardized processes, monitor KPIs, forecast parts demand, and drive customer satisfaction while managing budgets and partner performance.

Qualifications

• The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years in automotive or motorcycle aftersales operations.
• Experience leading workshops, service teams, and service partners is required.
• Strong knowledge of electric motorcycles, battery systems, and high voltage safety is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily aftersales operations across service centers, workshops, mobile or field teams and partners.
• Develop standardized service, repair, maintenance, inspection, and handover processes.
• Ensure capacity, technician allocation, tools, and turnaround targets meet KPIs.
• Manage spare-parts planning, warranty policies, and cost control.
• Build a seamless customer journey from booking to post-service follow-up.
• Lead budgets, capacity plans, performance forecasts, and cost-control initiatives.
• Coach service advisors, technicians, and support staff; drive technical competency.
