Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced Estate Manager in West Java to oversee utilities, infrastructure, and safety across the estate.

You will lead HSE compliance, manage the operating budget, maintain tenant facilities, and coordinate with government bodies and internal teams to improve property value and efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in property or 5+ in management, English proficiency, and strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years in Property, or at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in Estate Management in Industrial Estate preferred.
• Strong knowledge of estate management, HSE, and government regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee availability and compliance of utilities.
• Monitor and improve infrastructure and facilities safety.
• Oversee HSE activities across the estate.
• Identify opportunities and analyze long-term plans for improvements and cost savings.
• Prepare and manage operating budget and cost control.

Job description

Direct and oversee the availability, efficiency, and regulatory compliance of essential utilities including water, electricity, gas, telecommunications, and waste management.

Monitor and evaluate to ensure the improvement ofinfrastructure, facilities, and area’s safety

Oversee and maintain any activities related to occupational safety, health and environment (HSE) in the whole estate area.

Identify opportunities and analyze executive long-term strategic plans for estate improvements and development to enhance property value and cost saving energy.

Prepare and manage the operational budget and cost control to ensure efficient implementation

Oversee and ensure theavailabilityof essential facilities for tenants.

Coordinate and maintain strong relations with all external and internal stakeholders related to the Industrial Estate.

Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any relevant major, Master Degree is a plus

At least 8 years of experience in Property, or min 5 years of experience in managerial level

Preferably having experience of Estate Management in Industrial Estate

Strong knowledge regarding estate management, HSE, and government regulations.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skill

Proficient in English (Verbal & Written)
