About the role

We are seeking an experienced Estate Manager to join our team at our Gresik development project in East Java. This is a full-time position based in Gresik District, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of our estate. As Estate Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all estate services, maintaining property standards, and delivering exceptional customer service to residents and stakeholders. This position is integral to the success of our Gresik project and directly impacts the satisfaction and well-being of our residents.

What you\'ll be doing

• Oversee daily estate operations, including maintenance, security, and general upkeep of common areas and facilities
• Manage and coordinate with service providers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of estate services
• Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and efficiency
• Develop and implement estate policies and procedures to maintain high standards of property management
• Monitor estate budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective management and financial accountability
• Conduct regular inspections of estate facilities and infrastructure to identify maintenance needs
• Manage security protocols and liaise with security personnel to ensure resident safety and protection
• Organize community events and resident engagement activities to foster a positive estate community
• Prepare and maintain detailed estate records, reports, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and property management standards
• Supervise and manage estate staff and support teams as required

What we\'re looking for

• Bachelor Degree of Architectural, Urban Planning or Engineering background study.
• Minimum 10 years of experience handling estate management or residential property management. Minimum 3 years in managerial level.
• Strong knowledge of property management practices, maintenance protocols, and local regulations in East Java or similar regions.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proven experience in budget management and cost control.
• Outstanding communication, hospitality, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with residents, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Problem-solving ability, analytic ability, leadership skill and strong decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office applications and integrated system (such as IFCA and NIMBUS).
• Fluency in English and Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
• Preferably holds or is working towards relevant qualifications in property management or facilities management
• Experience with estate development projects or new estate launches is advantageous
