Job summary

EY Indonesia’s Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) team helps clients address climate, sustainability, and non-financial reporting challenges. You will work across advisory and assurance engagements to support decarbonization, ESG disclosures, and sustainability performance improvements.

The role emphasizes collaboration, capability development, and delivering projects that align with global standards and Indonesian market needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in environmental studies/engineering/sustainable development/management or business with a sustainability focus.
GPA of 3.20/4.00 or higher.
Internship or experience in sustainability, energy, climate, environmental, or related areas.
Strong verbal and written communication in Indonesian and English.
Willingness to travel

Responsibilities

Identify, measure, and manage impact, risks, and opportunities for clients in sustainability transitions.
Support assurance engagements over non-financial information and sustainability disclosures.
Assist with reporting against GRI, IFRS S1/S2, TCFD, SASB, and related frameworks.
Improve reporting processes, governance, risk management, and internal controls.
Maintain relationships with key business decision-makers both internally and externally.
Communicate EY’s scope of services and project progress to clients.
Contribute to business development through thought leadership and client materials
