Job summary

PwC International is hiring for a Senior Associate in sustainability consulting. You will work on ESG strategy, materiality assessments, and stakeholder engagement to drive client impact.

You will conduct GHG inventories, carbon footprint analyses, and decarbonization planning while supporting ESG reporting against recognized frameworks. The role spans benchmarking, LCA studies, and project delivery with client teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
• 2-4 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, climate change, carbon management, LCA, or related consulting work.
• Familiarity with GHG Protocol, ISO 14064, ISO 14040/14044, GRI, SASB, TCFD, IFRS Sustainability Standards (PSPK 1 & 2), and carbon markets.
• Strong analytical, research, data management, and presentation skills.
• Experience using LCA tools (e.g., SimaPro, GaBi, OpenLCA) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and sustainability data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support ESG strategy and sustainability advisory engagements, including materiality assessments and stakeholder engagement.
• Assist with GHG accounting, carbon footprint calculations, and decarbonization pathway analyses.
• Support ESG reporting and disclosures, including gaps against GRI, IFRS, SASB, TCFD, and CDP.
• Conduct industry benchmarking and ESG research to inform client projects and business development.
• Assist in life cycle assessment studies and environmental impact analyses across value chains.
• Support project delivery, data collection, analysis, and client deliverables; contribute to proposals and business development.
