EY’s global Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) teams understand the evolving pressures surrounding sustainability and climate-related issues. As a response, CCaSS helps companies navigate these challenges by understanding and evaluating broader impacts and outcomes, identifying opportunities, and supporting the reporting of non-financial performance risks to their stakeholders. Our professionals are highly qualified and trained, with deep industry knowledge and a global presence.
Join EY Indonesia’s CCaSS to be a member of a multidisciplinary team working to empower clients in understanding and managing their environmental and social impacts, as well as the risks and opportunities arising from climate change and sustainability issues. With long-term experience in the Indonesian market as sustainability professionals, being a part of the team will enable you to experience continuous professional development through diverse experiences, world–class learning, and individually tailored coaching. That’s how we develop outstanding leaders to deliver on our promises to our stakeholders, and in so doing, play a critical role in building a better working world for our people, our clients, and our communities.
CCaSS is part of our Assurance group, which is one of the most trusted, respected, and influential organizations in the industry. As part of our team, you can take part in both advisory and assurance engagements, both enabling institutional progress in sustainability and ensuring the integrity of critical sustainability-related information. Our services span climate and decarbonization, sustainability, environment, health and safety (EHS), as well as sustainability reporting and assurance.
You’ll spend most of your time assisting clients to identify, measure, and manage impact, risks, and opportunities as they transition their organizations in alignment with global and national climate ambitions. As a sustainability practitioner, the development of your skills and capabilities are important to us amid rapidly expanding science and knowledge in sustainability. You will also actively contribute to the growth and development of the CCaSS practice by taking operational responsibility and accountability for engagement team support and delivery.
Shortlisted candidates can expect to be invited to an online Preliminary Assessment. Those who pass this assessment will be invited to proceed to the next steps in the recruitment process.
