Job summary

PT OSI ELECTRONICS is seeking an ESD Compliance Technician to support electronics manufacturing operations. You will maintain and calibrate ESD devices, perform troubleshooting, and ensure audit readiness across the facility.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor in electronics/electrical engineering with 2–5 years in electronics manufacturing, plus experience with ESD S20.20 and ANSI/ESD standards. Join a global, quality-driven team.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's in electronics or electrical engineering.
• 2–5 years in electronics manufacturing (PCBA/EMS/semiconductors).
• Experience with ESD S20.20 control program preferred.
• Experience with ANSI/ESD standards and ESD audits highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and calibrate ESD monitoring devices and testing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ESD-related issues affecting production.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance and calibration.
• Provide refresher training to manufacturing personnel regarding ESD handling requirements.
• Conduct ESD awareness training for new employees, contractors, and visitors
• Promote ESD best practices and continuous awareness throughout the facility.
• Maintain ESD records, audit reports, corrective actions, and compliance documentation.
• Track ESD audit findings and ensure effective closure of corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare ESD performance reports and metrics for management review
