Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in electronics/electrical engineering.
• 2–5 years in electronics manufacturing or related fields.
• Experience with ESD audits and ANSI/ESD standards is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and calibrate ESD monitoring devices and testing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ESD-related issues affecting production operations.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance and calibration when required.
• Provide refresher training to manufacturing personnel regarding ESD handling requirements.
• Conduct ESD awareness training for new employees, contractors, and visitors
• Promote ESD best practices and continuous awareness throughout the facility.
• Maintain ESD records, audit reports, corrective actions, and compliance documentation.
• Track ESD audit findings and ensure effective closure of corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare ESD performance reports and metrics for management review

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's in electronics or electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing, PCBA, EMS, or Semiconductor industries.
• Experience managing or supporting an ESD S20.20 Control Program is preferred.
• Experience with ESD audits and ANSI/ESD standards is highly desirable
