Job summary

OSI Systems, Inc. seeks qualified technicians to support PCBA testing and debugging within our electronics manufacturing environment. You will assist test engineers, troubleshoot equipment, and participate in continuous improvement for productivity and yield.

Requires a Diploma (D3), at least 1 year of experience, and ICT/FCT knowledge. The role includes calibration and maintenance tasks for production/test equipment.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma (D3) required.
• Have at least 1 year of experience.
• ICT/FCT knowledge required.
• Able to debug/repair PCBA.
• Able to contribute to productivity and yield improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead debug WIP testing and remediation in automotive contexts.
• Support daily/weekly PM and calibration routines.
• Assist Test Engineers in troubleshooting and repairing down equipment quickly.
• Perform continuous improvement activities for productivity and yield.

Responsibilities

• In-charge reowrk & clearing debug WIP testing automotive
• Support physical daily inventory debug WIP
• Support daily/weekly PM
• Ensure that all Test Equipment and machines are, calibrated following the defined periodic schedule and checklist. (Only for PCBA manufacturing site)
• Assist Test Engineer in troubleshooting and repair down equipment in a short possible
  time.
• Having skills ICT/FCT, programming, debug & troubleshoot
• Assist in performing failed units Failure Analysis, ref: In house units Failed testing, RMA
  from customer.
• Perform other duties that maybe assigned.
