Job summary

OSI Electronics in Batam, Indonesia seeks a technician to support PCBA debugging, test equipment calibration, and daily maintenance. You will assist Test Engineers, troubleshoot failed units, and participate in continuous improvement to boost productivity and yield.

The role requires a Diploma (D3) and at least 1 year ICT/FCT experience with PCBA repair and debugging, in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma (D3) or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in ICT/FCT or PCB repair.
• Experience debugging PCBA and improving yield.

Responsibilities

• Oversee debug and cleaning of WIP testing.
• Support daily debug and maintenance of test equipment.
• Assist Test Engineer in troubleshooting and repair of down equipment.
• Perform quality checks and report defects to supervisor.

Responsibilities

• In-charge reowrk & clearing debug WIP testing automotive
• Support physical daily inventory debug WIP
• Support daily/weekly PM
• Ensure that all Test Equipment and machines are, calibrated following the defined periodic schedule and checklist. (Only for PCBA manufacturing site)
• Assist Test Engineer in troubleshooting and repair down equipment in a short possible time.
• Having skills ICT/FCT, programming, debug & troubleshoot
• Assist in performing failed units Failure Analysis, ref: In house units Failed testing, RMA from customer.
• Perform other duties that maybe assigned.
