Job summary

PT Geluran Adikarya seeks an ERP Developer/Technical Consultant to customize, configure, and develop Epicor ERP modules per business needs. You will create BAQ, BPM, customization (Form/Dashboard), and reports (SSRS/Crystal) and integrate Epicor with APIs, EDI, and third-party systems.

Minimum S1 in IT/IS and 1–3 years ERP experience; C#, .NET, SQL Server, and Epicor tools proficiency required. Fresh graduates welcome with strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 in Information Technology Engineering or Information Systems.
• 1–3 years ERP Developer/Technical Consultant experience; Epicor preferred.
• Proficient in C#, .NET, SQL Server, T-SQL; relational database concepts.
• Familiar with Epicor BAQ/BPM, Kinetic UI, SSRS/Crystal Reports.
• Understanding manufacturing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Customize, configure, and develop modules/features on Epicor ERP per business needs.
• Create and maintain BAQ, BPM, customization, forms/dashboards, and reports.
• Integrate Epicor with APIs, EDI, and third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and fix Epicor issues and errors.
• Coordinate with Finance, PPIC, Warehouse, Production for system needs.
• Document every development, configuration change, and business process.
• Test and validate before production deployment; provide end-user support.
• Participate in implementation, upgrade, or migration projects.

Job description

This role involves customization, configuration, and development of modules/features on the Epicor ERP system according to business needs. You will create and maintain BAQ (Business Activity Query), BPM (Business Process Management), Customization (Form/Dashboard), and reports (SSRS/Crystal Report) in Epicor, while integrating Epicor with other systems/applications (API, EDI, third-party systems).

Key responsibilities

Perform customization, configuration, and development of modules/features on Epicor ERP system according to business needs

Create and maintain BAQ (Business Activity Query), BPM (Business Process Management), Customization (Form/Dashboard), and reports (SSRS/Crystal Report) in Epicor

Perform Epicor integration with other systems/applications (API, EDI, third-party system)

Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and fixing issues/errors that occur on Epicor system

Coordinate with user teams/relevant departments (Finance, PPIC, Warehouse, Production, etc.) to analyze system needs and provide technical solutions

Perform documentation of every development, configuration changes, and business processes running on the system

Perform testing and validation before implementation to production environment

Provide technical support to end-users regarding Epicor system usage

Participate in implementation, upgrade, or migration projects of Epicor ERP system

About you

Minimum S1 education in Information Technology Engineering, Information Systems, or related field

Preferably 1-3 years of experience as ERP Developer/Technical Consultant, preferably with Epicor system. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply for the position.

Proficient in C#, .NET, SQL Server, T-SQL, and understanding of relational database architecture

Familiar with Epicor tools such as BAQ, BPM, Customization, Kinetic/Epicor UI, SSRS

Understanding of manufacturing business processes (Production, Inventory, Purchasing, Sales, Finance) is an added value

Experience as ERP Consultant is a plus

Proficiency in CodeIgniter framework (PHP) is a plus

Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Able to work individually and in teams, and communicate well with users across departments

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure/deadline
