Job summary

Catalyst Talent Strategy Consulting is seeking an IT Business Analyst-Epicor to design, develop, and maintain Epicor ERP solutions. You will translate user requirements into robust Epicor modules and ensure system performance and security.

The ideal candidate has strong C# programming skills, experience with BAQ/BPM/SSRS, and familiarity with Business Objects within Epicor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Experience creating modules in SAP Epicor.

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our Epicor ERP system to meet the needs of our users. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive solutions for Epicor ERP based on user requirements.
• Write high-quality, efficient code for Epicor software and conduct thorough test reviews.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues within the Epicor system.
• Create and provide detailed tutorials and documentation for any enhancements made to the Epicor software.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the Epicor system, implementing improvements as necessary.
• Conduct regular security assessments of the Epicor system and implement necessary enhancements to maintain data integrity and security.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Have experience in creating module in SAP Epicor
• Proven experience in programming with C#.
• Strong skills in debugging and troubleshooting software issues.
• Hands-on experience in creating custom Business Activity Queries (BAQ), Business Process Management (BPM), and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Familiarity with Business Objects and their application within the Epicor framework.
