Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an Applications Managed Services Engineer (L2) to ensure ERP and Middleware technologies remain in optimal condition. You will monitor, investigate, and resolve incidents, service requests, and alerts while maintaining SLAs and documenting changes.

You will work with cross-functional teams, support change management, and contribute to trend analysis and disaster recovery activities. A supportive, collaborative environment encourages continuous learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing platforms including ERP, Middleware and other business-critical software.
• Moderate experience in managed services with knowledge of using ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, execute change management duties, and lead troubleshooting processes effectively.
• A bachelor’s degree in information technology/computing or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, investigate, and resolve application incidents, service requests, and alerts to keep operations running smoothly.
• Provide second-line support with a medium level of complexity and ensure SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with automation teams and coach L1/service desk teams to improve services.
• Identify problems before they impact client services and contribute to trend analysis for improvement.
