Job Description

• Shipment Execution: Execute the shipment process from preparation to the arrival of goods at the destination according to the established schedule. - Shipping Coordination: Communicate with drivers, vendors, and third parties to ensure the smooth shipment of goods. - Monitoring Shipment Status: Monitor the progress of goods and provide updates on the shipping status to relevant parties. Address issues or obstacles that arise during the shipping process. - Administration and Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation related to shipments, such as delivery notes, receipts, and daily reports. - Safety Standards Compliance: Ensure all shipment processes are conducted according to applicable safety standards and adhere to regulations. - Problem Resolution: Handle complaints or problems that may arise during the expedition process and strive to resolve them promptly. - Collaboration with Other Teams: Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and transportation teams to ensure goods are properly loaded and shipped on schedule. - Pelaksanaan Pengiriman: Melaksanakan proses pengiriman barang mulai dari persiapan hingga barang tiba di tujuan sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditetapkan. - Koordinasi Pengiriman: Berkomunikasi dengan pengemudi, vendor, dan pihak ketiga untuk memastikan kelancaran proses pengiriman barang. - Pemantauan Status Pengiriman: Memantau perjalanan barang dan memberikan pembaruan terkait status pengiriman kepada pihak terkait. Mengatasi masalah atau hambatan yang muncul selama proses pengiriman. - Administrasi dan Dokumentasi: Menyusun dan memelihara dokumentasi terkait pengiriman, seperti surat jalan, tanda terima, dan laporan harian. - Penerapan Standar Keselamatan: Memastikan seluruh proses pengiriman dilakukan sesuai dengan standar keselamatan yang berlaku dan mematuhi peraturan yang ditetapkan. - Penanganan Masalah: Menangani keluhan atau permasalahan yang mungkin muncul selama proses ekspedisi dan berupaya untuk menyelesaikannya dengan cepat. - Kolaborasi dengan Tim Lain: Bekerja sama dengan tim gudang, logistik, dan transportasi untuk memastikan barang diangkut dengan benar dan sesuai jadwal.
