The role demands strong leadership and organizational skills to manage diverse project teams and liaise with clients and subcontractors.

You will lead audits, enforce safety protocols, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement while delivering projects on time and within contract specifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering with 10+ years in project coordination/management.
• Proven EPCC module project experience, preferably Marine/Oil & Gas.
• Knowledge of topside module fabrication, oil & gas processes and construction practices.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication; strong reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate EPCC module fabrication projects, ensuring compliance with contractual specifications and quality standards.
• Enforce HSE policies, conduct safety audits, and organize campaigns and drills to promote a safe work environment.
• Perform weekly HSE inspections, focusing on critical areas, and engage with on-site staff for continuous improvement.
• Liaise with clients and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and smooth project execution.
• Review construction progress against project schedules, providing regular updates to the Project Management Team.
• Schedule and review work assignments, ensuring efficient and timely completion by the project team.
• Maintain an organized filing system for all project documentation, including drawings and reports.
• Oversee module fabrication and assembly, ensuring adherence to the integration scope of work.
• Identify and participate in constructability reviews to optimize project outcomes and identify potential risks.
• Prepare and issue meeting minutes, presentation materials, and reports to keep stakeholders informed.
