Job summary

Haskoning, a worldwide engineering and project management consultancy, seeks an experienced professional to manage EPCM cycle projects in South Jakarta, Indonesia. You will collaborate with stakeholders, keep projects on schedule and within budget, and lead the project team through execution.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years delivering engineering and construction projects, a Bachelor’s in Engineering, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years delivering engineering and construction projects.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Consultancy experience valued; EPCM experience is a strong plus.
Engineering Manager experience is an advantage.
Strong proficiency in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Manage the EPCM cycle project and monitor scope, schedule, and budgets.
Collaborate with stakeholders and report on progress to them regularly.
Lead project execution and guide the project team to deliver quality outcomes.
Create and distribute project communications, charters, schedules, and budgets.
Assist in business development activities, including proposals, RFPs, and estimates.
Monitor progress and performance, and report KPIs and risks.
Plan, schedule, and track projects and staffing resources.
Establish roles, responsibilities, and team KPIs.
Develop project controls and risk management procedures.
Resolve technical and operational issues as they arise.
