Job summary

PetroSea seeks a Department Head of Finance EPC to lead the financial management across engineering, procurement and construction activities within Jakarta-based EPC projects. You will integrate financial planning with design, procurement and construction to maximize profitability and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role demands senior leadership experience in EPC finance, with strong forecasting, budgeting and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Min 7-10 years of experience in finance, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC).
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership or department head role in EPC.
• Deep knowledge of EPC project life cycles, financial management and procurement strategies.
• Expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting and reporting for large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning and management across engineering, procurement and construction phases.
• Coordinate between finance and EPC departments to ensure alignment.
• Monitor EPC projects to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee procurement strategies for cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.
• Identify and mitigate risks across financial, operational and project domains.
• Lead process improvements and adoption of best practices across functions.
• Ensure SHE compliance and risk management throughout operations.
