Qualifikationen

• Min. 3-5 years previous experiences in construction and engineering.
• Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and construction management principles.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Direct and synergize all projects department to contribute to and align with projects productivity goals.
• All project departments are successfully directed and synergized.
• Monitor and ensure the implementation of operational excellence and adhere to the principles of productivity and cost effectiveness to beat the project budget.
• Successing CINTA idea and CINTA submission (Quality and Quality) program.
• Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome

Min. 3-5 years previous experiences in construction and engineering

Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and construction management principles and practices and theassociated flow of design and construction project management

Ability to recognize potential claims and manage project contract activities to avoid costly claims andlitigation

Ability to develop and maintain effective monitoring and control systems and carry them to the intendedconclusions to meet Agency goals for the program

Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
