Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced HSE & Environmental Engineer to monitor field activities, ensure safe work practices, and drive K3L compliance across Yard and Rig Operations. The role involves environmental inspections, developing programs, and promoting awareness through training and campaigns.

Responsibilities include establishing and updating HSE SOPs, reporting to the Environmental Agency, and coordinating with the ESG team for resource and energy efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE and Environmental Management, preferably in Oil & Gas / Rig Operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related fields.
• Valid certifications in PLB3, PPPA, and ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 Auditor/Lead Auditor.
• Strong knowledge of MK3L implementation, HSE & Environmental Management Systems, and applicable K3L standards and regulations.
• Experienced in B3, B3 Waste & Non-B3 Waste Management, as well as workplace environmental measurement, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Experienced in HSE Internal Audits, HSE training & awareness programs, and preparation of environmental reports.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor field activities at Yard and Rig Operations to ensure safe work practices and compliance with K3L requirements.
• Conduct K3 & Workplace Environmental Inspections, including lighting, humidity, temperature, and other environmental parameters
• Develop, implement, and evaluate K3L and Environmental Programs in operational areas
• Provide K3L awareness, training, safety campaigns, and recommendations to improve safety performance
• Ensure compliance with applicable national and international HSE & Environmental standards and regulations
• Develop, review, and update SOPs/Work Instructions related to HSE and environmental aspects
• Prepare and submit environmental reports to the Environmental Agency (DLH) in accordance with applicable regulations
• Monitor resource and energy efficiency and coordinate with the ESG/Sustainability Corporate Team
• Participate in MK3L meetings, internal audits, and continuous improvement activities
