Job summary

PT Hiro Group Indonesia is seeking a Finance and Accounting Staff to handle daily administrative finance tasks, data entry, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced hospitality group.

The role includes processing invoices, supporting accounts payable and receivable, assisting in bank reconciliations, and helping prepare routine financial reports while coordinating with internal departments. Fresh graduates are welcome, and a solid understanding of basic accounting is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in Finance/Accounting is an advantage.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate in handling data and documents.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work in the F&B industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily finance and accounting administrative activities.
• Prepare, check, and record financial transactions accurately.
• Process invoices, receipts, payment documents, and other supporting documents.
• Perform data entry and maintain proper financial records and documentation.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and petty cash monitoring.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and other finance-related reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial documents and transactions.
• Ensure all financial documents are properly filed and maintained.
• Perform other finance and accounting tasks as assigned.
